I have kept up with sketching and drawing properly since 2010, now it has been consistently 10 years of keeping sketchbooks, I have recorded ideas and writing, ideas for paintings, and random things that come to mind, it has became a ritual, almost a crutch and I love it immensely, it helps me cope with my life with depression and anxiety.
